An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading telecoms company in near Fareham within their Account management and customer services team (not a call centre environment ). The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-6 or 8-5. The salary is £20k plus performance bonus up to £7k per annum and excellent benefits.
The successful candidate will have worked in a customer service or account management environment ideally in business to business. Full training will be given. You will have a strong work ethic and be able to offer excellent customer service and account management. You will be IT literate in MS office and have previous experience of using a CRM database. Attitude is key as they are looking for a positive, self-motivated, conscientious person who strives to “go the extra mile”.
