Internal Sales Manager
Mercury Talent is delighted to be recruiting for an Internal Sales Manager B2B to set up a new team within this global electrical manufacturer. A competitive salary of up to £40k plus an annual profit related bonus of at least £10k per annum is on offer. Excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, generous pension scheme and free parking. The ideal candidate for the internal sales manager role will have precious experience leading or managing an internal sales team. You will be able to mentor, motivate, monitor and mentor your team. You will recruit and build a team of 5 people. The right candidate will be self motivated with a positive attitude and possess exceptional interpersonal and communications skills in order to influence and drive the team forward.
Internal Sales Manager B2B main objectives.
- To recruit and implement strategy for the team
- Manage and motivate sales team to meet key performance objectives
- Run sales campaigns, special offers, new product promotions
- Report to the Sales Director providing sales analysis
- Encourage sales team to maximise account expenditure by building positive business relationships and achieve repeat business
