Joanne prefers to be known as Jo (unless she has been naughty). Her life revolves around her love of photography – her particular muse at the moment is capturing abstract images of everyday objects and creating collages for her poor unsuspecting friends to hang on their walls. Her second passion is food and wine and when not at work can be found tending her organic vegetable patch ( she has recently acquired a poly tunnel ). Her mentor is Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall from the River Cottage! She likes to stay healthy by spending a lot of time on outdoor pursuits.
Jo has worked in Recruitment for over 15 years both in consultancy and operational management. She has been lucky enough to work with the world’s largest brands and is proud that her clients and candidates come back to her time and time again.
When not at work Michelle is a busy mum of three children that inspire her daily. As they are all football nuts she has been converted into an avid football supporter and is often found supporting her local team. Her more cultural side takes her to watch ballet performances when she can.
Michelle is a big supporter of local charities and spends at least one day a month teaching life skills to a youth group. She also likes to bake cakes – her latest creation was a unicorn! She also is an avid swimmer which keeps her fit.
Michelle has many years’ experience in recruitment both in house and national commercial but most recently as a sales and marketing specialist on a national basis. Her candidates are everything to her and many have become friends.
